My husband and I have been to many dealerships looking to trade in our car. When we went to Classic Ford in Smithfield and met Marcus, we were welcomed with a person that was very polite and had had a good s trade in our car. I made one phone call to Classic Ford and spoke with April and told her what I was looking for. She called me right back and had just sold me a vehicle. I went by Classic Ford and completed all paperwork pretty quickly I might ad and I purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price and payment I wanted. Deacon Jones was not up front with me on my buying experience. People say smaller is better and that is right when it comes to Classic Ford. They have my recomendation. The price helped, too! The other dealers had salesmen who tried to "play" me. This kind of behavior is as transparent as it is insulting. I was also glad to find a dealer who has sales reps who are willing to offer a good price from the outset, instead of starting at an inflated number and then negotiating. I walked out of 2 other dealerships when they returned with their best price, and then said they could drop it. Obviously, the first figure was NOT their best price. I walked. When I picked up my ordered vehicle I was treated promptly, courteously, and professionally. Everything on the vehicle was prepared, cleaned, and set up.
