Was not pleased with my trade in and when I returned to re-negotiate the trade I had made to obtain my previous vehicle, I was denied that opportunity. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I feel is not depen re-negotiate the trade I had made to obtain my previous vehicle, I was denied that opportunity. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I feel is not dependable because the same day that I purchased it the check engine light came on and as a coach who travels a lot and a new father I do not feel safe transporting my child or anyone else's child in it as well as probably having to make repairs constantly. If it were 12 or more months down the road it would be understandable, but the same day, that is ridiculous and then for the, sales manager as well as the general manager both to not allow me to obtain my previous vehicle and be on my way is ridiculous. This will be the 8th ford vehicle I have owned and it will be the last. I also asked for the owner's number so that I could discuss this experience with him/her, I was not given the number. More

I have given this rating because when I received my car it was being used as a program car by one of the employees of the dealership and the car was not cleaned and washed before leaving the lot, although it was being used as a program car by one of the employees of the dealership and the car was not cleaned and washed before leaving the lot, although I was told they were going to clean it up for me. In addition there were no mats in the car to protect its interior. I also had to return my car a few days later for service because the maintenance required light was on, the car was shaking when coming to a stop, and there was a bumping noise due to a broken mud flap, so I returned it got it serviced and they forgot to turn off the maintenance required light and instead of repairing the mud flap the service guy just came outside and ripped it off and stated I don’t need it. I live over 50 miles away so it was inconvenient for me to take the car back to have the light turned off.I also feel like the sales person wasn't very knowledgable about the car he was trying to sell. Even though the dealership made it easy for me to get a car, after buying the car I just feel like this dealership doesn't stand behind their cars or their work. More

Shortly after I indicated through the website that I was interested in the vehicle, Yolanda contacted me and provided excellent the USAA AutoCircle. Not only did she give me a good price she demonstrated commanding knowledge about the vehicle. One of the managers took time to meet me while I was looking at the vehicles to reassure me that his team was committed to giving me a satisfactory buying experience. The finance manager found the best option for financing, and it was better than what I had through USAA. Even more than that, Ms. Taylor and Classic Ford offered to safeguard the vehicle at the dealership until Christmas. This saved me from worrying about where my wife and I could put it for safe-keeping. (They are even giving us a bright red bow to put on top.) This has been the most pleasant, fulfilling purchase I have ever made. My car was totaled when a woman ran a red light and hit me 40 mph, knocking me 100 ft. I did not drive from the 8th until the 19th when I got a rental car which was a Ford Focus. I liked it so much I went on the internet to Classic Ford and inquired about leasing a car. Ms. Taylor responded immediately and from then to the time I drove away in my new car, every moment, phone calls, emails, visits have been such a joy. Ms. Taylor and Ms. McLamb took care of "everything" and just carried me along on the best path I've ever been on. Ms. Taylor went with me to return the rental car to Enterprise and I drove home in my beautiful Ford Focus. Everybody admires it and I tell them where to go buy one. A man in the grocery store parking lot asked me about it and I told him where to buy one. The only problem i had with this dealership is the catalit converter was gone off the vehicle. The vehicle must havn"t been serviced after trade in and before i purchase it. The dealer i took it to in Savannah GA, informed me the camera was installed after the orignal owner purchase the vehcile. I took it to a audio shop to fix it. The dealer was paid in full for my vehicle by my bank i shouldn"t had any problem with that vehicle, 35 miles away from the dealer going to Savannah GA the check engine light came on. More
