The appointment was easy to make and they got me in very quickly. The service advisor was very attentive and tried his best to try to make sure all my concerns were addressed along with the reason that the quickly. The service advisor was very attentive and tried his best to try to make sure all my concerns were addressed along with the reason that the car was brought there which was to correct a defect in the trim around the back passenger side plastic wheel arch that should have been found before they delivered the car. The wait time was not very long but unlike the first time I brought the car in to look at the misaligned trim piece, this time they did not furnish a video of the inspection or repair so I really did not know what they actually did during the repair. Please note the advisor did his best to resolve all my issues even though some of the issues were somewhat unresolved but I believe he did his best and the issues were most likely not going to be resolved at least not on this visit.
