Maintenance intake was Courteous but unfortunately problem could not be remedied and I had to take a bottom of the line loaner vechile. (An upgrade may have made me think of what I was missing- Over problem could not be remedied and I had to take a bottom of the line loaner vechile. It took 2 hours to get a key fob made. I was told they couldn’t find me. In the waiting area. I got no safety inspection or recommendations for needed maintenance.
