I had a great experience working with Nick J. I did my homework before going there and was already pre approved for financing. I told him what i wanted and what i didnt want. On the test drive he was looking for other cars. I picked the 2nd one!! He wasnt pushy and was fun to work with and talk to. He kept me informed worked it out for me!!! I will be recommending him. I love 2 hours from this dealership, so we did the bulk of the deal on the phone. When we arrived, they had everything ready and waiting. We were at the dealership for under an hour, had everything signed and out the door! We had an unexpected issue with the car, and Serra went above and beyond to correct the issue.
