Shanley was very helpful. I had only 3,500 miles on my HRV and have had it for just over a year. Because of the low mileage, I never brought it in and was never informed that I had only 3,500 miles on my HRV and have had it for just over a year. Because of the low mileage, I never brought it in and was never informed that my free oil change expired. She understood that it was frustrating to have to pay for something that should have been no charge. She made sure that I was treated fairly and let me know more about my service plan so that it didnt happen again. More
