Very pleased with initial communication, diagnosis and description of fix/parts. Communication fell off then as to when repair would be complete and when vehicle could be picked up. I had to call a couple times to arrange final pick up. They did arrange a courtesy car to permit pick up when our other vehicle wasn't available. More
