The Suspension Diagnostics seems like a scam and ripoff at about $200, especially when directed to the cause. I brought in my car with noise in the front end and informed service advisor that both susp at about $200, especially when directed to the cause. I brought in my car with noise in the front end and informed service advisor that both suspension links needed to be replaced. I was informed that they needed to do the diagnostics to be sure (makes sense). Within 15 minutes the mechanic determined it was the suspension links that needed to be replaced after-all. That's about $600-$800 per hour. To save face, the service advisor kept me waiting for over an hour to make it look like the mechanic was working hard and saying that two mechanics had to look and test drive and try a few different parts. However, the mechanic posted the video walk-around and results an hour earlier recommending that only the links were needed. More
