Service on our 2014 Honda Odyssey We brought our van in for service due to a noise that it was making each time after the engine has been started. It turns out it was the timing belt, We brought our van in for service due to a noise that it was making each time after the engine has been started. It turns out it was the timing belt, and the van would need to be in the shop for the remainder of the week while the parts arrived and the work could be performed. I explained to Cecil that this was the only family vehicle we had to get our kids to school each day, and if there was anything that could be done to speed up the process. Not only was he able to get the parts in that night, but the technician Aaron gave up his time and stayed late just so they could get our van ready so that my wife would not be without our much needed vehicle. It's rare to see people go above and beyond nowadays, but that is exactly what they did for us. They saved us much needed time and money, and turned a not so pleasant car trouble situation into experience that was very manageable. More
