Good Customer service, bad situation. TLDR: Customer service Rep was good, Promotions were not applied even though they are ran from Honda and not the local dealership. Was greeted by T TLDR: Customer service Rep was good, Promotions were not applied even though they are ran from Honda and not the local dealership. Was greeted by Thurman, everything went as expected talked about what I am looking for and the dealership didn't have it in stock. Was told they could get it in from a partner dealership within 3-4 days. Here is where it goes downhill. 7 day later I finally recieved my car. The worst part is they did not apply current promotions that are being ran BY HONDA which results in the buyer paying more, once I asked why I did not get it they essentially shrugged their shoulder and said "oops nothing we can do" Its essentially like going to buy a TV on black friday and not getting that discount, even though you ask about it. At the end of the day dont double check, dont triple check, quadruple check all the paperwork and cross your t's and dot your i's. Overall the sales rep did his job quite well, however the downfall is with the financial department that runs the numbers. More
