She set up a meeting on the phone and suggested looking into a newer vehicle plus seeing the older model. We met at the dealership and she had the older and newer model van ready for inspection! She showed us every safety feature and we test drove both. She was honest, really nice and very smart! I'm happy that she showed us both options, but the older van fit our budget. As is warranty, but she still checks in with us to see how our van is doing. We still get a free carwash! Kathy worked very hard to find the best financing for us and we were thrilled at the offer we got!! Over all, this was an excellent experience for us. We will recommend others to try this dealership out. We even saw the owner in there talking to customers. Everybody is professional with a relaxed confidence and easy going personality. Happy us!!
