Classic Honda of Midland goes Above and Beyond I am so glad I stopped at Classic Honda--when I go out car shopping, I'm buying!! Azareia Herrera, was my consultant and she was a good one. I wanted an SUV, that I could afford, I test drove a CRV--wonderful ride--short story, the one I drove was out of my range, did not want a pre-owned, my credit was a little on the short side. Got ready to leave without a car and the business began to help find a car I could purchase from around the area (talking above and beyond) and low and behold they did, my consultant drove to Abilene and picked up my new CRV-LX, she called and I went down and made my purchase called my husband, picked him up went to get dinner and his comment was--this is not the same, after riding in a CRV for a few days the LX was not the car he wanted--7:00 am the next morning I began calling Miss Herrera, she returned my call and I had to let her know my husband did not like the LX I purchased. Immediately she went to work talking business about me getting there before paperwork went out to finalize the deal---Thank God, she called me back and got me in and low and behold I was able to get a different CRV (upgrade) nicely loaded for just a little bit more and my Husband and I have been happy ever after! Everyone from Miss Herrera to the financial manager and even the Owner were wonderful--talk about above and beyond, they all were! I recommend anyone shopping for a new car go there, they all are ABOVE AND BEYOND the call for customer service! Thanks Classic Honda of Midland, Texas and expecially Azareia Herrera!! More

Which I was very happy with the deal and the interest rate along with the service plan. These folks are honest and hardworking and will work for you and not screw you over like many of the other dealerships in the area. They have all the right answers and know their lot better than any dealership I have ever dealt with. More

Traded used Honda for a new one! My wife and I experienced excellent customer service at Classic Honda of Midland! We ended up driving off in a new Honda Accord Sport. Sherrie Lancas My wife and I experienced excellent customer service at Classic Honda of Midland! We ended up driving off in a new Honda Accord Sport. Sherrie Lancaster was our sales person who kindly approached us with a friendly manner and walked with us while we looked at the vehicles. We had several questions and she gladly answered them with no hesitation. It was a hot day to be outside so we were given cold bottles of waters while we browsed the lot. Once we test drove the car we were happy with the whole process afterwards was very simple and understandable. No pressure what so ever and Ms. Lancaster made sure we were satisfied with our decision, which we were. She took the time to walk us to the service department and introduced us to the service team, and also advised us about maintaining our new vehicle. The service team were also friendly and we met the new service manager, Dave I believe…not sure, who was also very friendly and kind. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at Classic Honda of Midland and we can’t wait until our first visit back. Highly recommend to friends and family. More

The staff was friendly, courteous, and patiently answered our questions. In the end, there was no doubt in our minds that we were going to drive off in a new Honda CR-V (after purchasing it, of course). We plan to be driving our new Honda for a long time, but when the time comes to buy another vehicle, we look forward to doing business with the staff at Classic Honda again. More
