Gus was normally the Service Representative that assisted me with oil changes, and an issue with the low tire indicator coming on. This time, Gus was unavailable, so Nick assisted me with the tire issue. Persistence was the name of the game this time. After several visits with the same issue, not only did they provide me with a vehicle while the car was in the shop, but went above and beyond the care that has been given me with prior car dealerships. This was an unusual circumstance, and the owner, service manager and Nick went what is my opinion the best care a customer could ever expect. I am so pleased with their care, concern and resolve. Friendly Staff Every staff member I came into contact with was very sweet and I never felt under pressure to purchase (which is a HUGE plus!).
