Deception and Lies. I naively let them add fees to the agreed upon sale price basically taking the price back to where it started. I have since learned I didn't need to pay these fees, but it was late at night, I was in a new city, with a new job, and I needed reliable transportation. Then the finance manager lied about the lifetime oil change package she sold me. She said it provided full synthetic oil, was transferrable to the next owner, and was good at any Honda dealership. All lies, it provides the cheaper synthetic blend, isn't transferrable, and is only good at that dealership, and of course if the dealership changes names or owners next year, the plan is worthless. More
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I bought what I thought was a "certified" used vehicle (BMW) from Honda of Midland. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle it spent at least 2 months ( I bought what I thought was a "certified" used vehicle (BMW) from Honda of Midland. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle it spent at least 2 months (if not more) in the shop. The vehicle has extensive FLOOD damage when sold to me, which none of this was disclosed. I have sent the car in for service 4 times, and often left with more issues than I had before I took it in. Honda of Midland is an unethical company, who does not back up their motto. I am stuck with a vehicle that I can not trade in, and can not sell to another person due to the flood damage. I continue to struggle with this company and get no where. I do not recommend doing business with this local dealer. Since the time of purchase, the dealership has gone through several leadership changes, and each new person guaranteed the issues would be fixed. Here we are 8 months later, with no help and I am stuck in the same situation I was in before. More

Every one was very helpful and friendly I came in knowing I was going to buy a Honda. I just didn't know what model, so I drove the CRV the Accord and the Civic, but ended up with the Civic I came in knowing I was going to buy a Honda. I just didn't know what model, so I drove the CRV the Accord and the Civic, but ended up with the Civic because it fit more the price I was willing to pay. I am very happy with my purchase. went to buy a new car with an internet quote. they sold me for the price i needed but added few extra stuffs to make the money indirectly..still didn't gave me enough information even i asked the sales per me for the price i needed but added few extra stuffs to make the money indirectly..still didn't gave me enough information even i asked the sales person. they said they were gonna make up for that deal.. never heard a single call back again. had to visit myself but was refused. they only called me as long as i didn't buy the car..after never saw anything like customer service. had a very bad experience. will never ever recommend anyone to this dealership. they were never clear wat other stuffs they were goin to add on top of sale price ...terrible expereince.. Our experience at this dealership was a very great one. Me and my friend were just looking around at their lot very early in the morning and suddenly this lovely lady Kissey approach us with a very warm gr Me and my friend were just looking around at their lot very early in the morning and suddenly this lovely lady Kissey approach us with a very warm greeting and a smile. She took us inside and answered our questions and was very quick in getting our information and what we we were looking for. Her approach to us was not "pure business" but the relationship was like in a personal basis or as friends. She wrote down what we want and negotiated with the price that is under our budget. We didn't take long in that process not like at other dealership where you have to wait for several hours to get what you want or even end up not getting what you want. Overall the experience was great and the place was clean and neat where you can see every person working there and not "hiding". I thank Kissey and Amy for making it a good one and we were very happy with the deal. More
I have purchased several cars from Honda of Midland in the past and so, naturally, I went back for another purchase. I did not realize that their 'big sale' was actually being conducted by outside sales the past and so, naturally, I went back for another purchase. I did not realize that their 'big sale' was actually being conducted by outside sales people brought in specifically to sell the used cars. I will not ever buy from a 'traveling sales team' again. When I went in originally, I purchased a CRV and initially loved it, but the 'traveling' salesperson promised to install an integrated Bluetooth, which, incidentally, cannot be installed on the steering wheel as promised. Needless to say, I was not pleased and I was stuck with a car that made me angry every time I looked at it. ...and then along comes Tony Oliver, a salesman at Honda of Midland. Tony did not sell me the CRV. Tony had made NO money from working with me, but he truly cared that I was unhappy with my purchase. Tony checked on me and kept me updated on the integrated Bluetooth install, which took forever because this is not a normal add-on. At about the 3 month mark, I finally told Tony that I was DONE with the CRV and just wanted out. (Keep in mind that I had not put any money down on the CRV and had rolled the taxes, etc. into the finance as well.) But somehow, Tony and his manager, Scott, were able to help me trade in the CRV and purchase an Accord, which I love! They made the Accord purchase so easy and stress-free! That is how a car purchase should be! The staff at Honda of Midland truly cared if I was happy with my purchase and when they found out I was not, they did everything they could to make it right. Tony has earned a customer for life! Thanks guys! More
