I took in my 2011 Santa Fe with a paint problem and the manager told me it was just tree sap...it was not. When I returned the second time after speaking to an independent body shop the manager wouldn't sp manager told me it was just tree sap...it was not. Eventually Hyundai USA agreed to take care of the problem, but the manager never apologized for being wrong and rude! More
