Took my car in Friday for the first complimentary service (oil change and tire rotation). Had an 11:00 am appointment and service took almost a full hour. Came out, signed their paperwork and when I went to get in my car I saw they did not, in fact, rotate the tires! I knew because one of the tires had a red mark on it as it was new. Spoke with service manager Matt and he said they'd do it right away, sorry for my wait and that the tech (Colin Walsh) was an hourly employee and "would not be working there anymore starting Monday".
I drove an hour to return to Flow, where I purchased my new car in June, thinking perhaps loyalty would matter. I'm only 20 minutes from Modern Hyundai in Concord, so I'll be going there from now on, hoping they don't literally lie to the customer the way Flow did.
