The entire customer experience from beginning to end is always the best. The staff tells you up front what to expect and keep you informed throughout the process. Classis Mazda has one of the best waiting areas (or should I say Lounge Area) that I have ever been to. This trip I chose to bring some work with me while I waited. Before I could finish my vehicle was ready and I was on my way. Some say the dealer experience is costly. Not at Classic Mazda. It will be my go to for the life of my car. Thanks Mazda for always giving me something to look forward to when servicing my vehicle. More
Great experience from start to finish buying a 2022 Miata RF. Classic was the only dealer with views into arriving inventory so I was able to see the specific vehicle I wanted was in transit. I was on vacation when my vehicle arrived (a month earlier than expected) and he sent me a video of the car right after it was unloaded from the truck, and a second video when he knew I'd be landing back at MCO. My car was on display in the showroom with a welcome sign when I arrived. The sales process was excellent. Brandon in Finance was great. More
Very poor service experience. The tech botched the valve cover replacement on my CX-5 and I ended up having oil all over the top and front of the engine. Then I had to wait severa The tech botched the valve cover replacement on my CX-5 and I ended up having oil all over the top and front of the engine. Then I had to wait several more days for the parts to be ordered because they don’t stock many parts. Fortunately, after a third visit to this shop, my car was properly repaired. And sadly, after loosing so much oil due to their ineptness…the service ticket did not show that any oil was added to get the oil level back up. So I ended up having to do an out of cycle oil and filter change just to be safe. Caveat emptor wrt this service department. More
