Dealership itself is attractive, clean, full of customer conveniences especially the wait area. For some reason my salesperson is not listed below - Sarah Holland was excellent. Sarah was also helpful reviewing the various financing options available - I was undecided whether to lease or buy, to choose the customer incentive vs the 3.99% financing option, how much to put as a down payment. She was patient and gave me prompt, reliable information so I could choose the best financing option for me. Sarah's attitude, friendliness, and not using high pressure tactics made me comfortable during the buying process. I haven't purchased a new car in 14 years and was dreading the new car buying process, but Sarah made it easy. At pick up time, Sarah spent a generous about of time explaining the various features of the car and helped set up my Apple Car Play and myMazda app. I had visited two other manufacturer's dealerships and Classic was for sure the best experience I had. I'm absolutely loving my Mazda! I'd never owned one before but I'm sold on your dealership and the brand. More
