My husband and I both are extremely please with Ronnie Marrow, our Sales person. He was friendly and extremely helpful with helping us get the Toyota Rava4. He saw I really wanted a SUV. He even saw my crazy sense of humour also.He wanted me in this ca as much as I wanted myself in it. He was not "Pushy" out on the lot. He let us tell him what we wanted in a car. When we told him, he was able to help us with what we wanted. He did not try to talk us into another car or SUV. Please don't let Mr.Marrow leave Henderson Toyota. if you do, you will be making a big mistake. Most Sales people are pushy and try to talk you into something you want, but NOT Mr.Marrow. We used the internet to search for the perfect Camry. We found a car we liked at Toyota of Henderson on their website. We inquired and were immediately contacted by the Internet Manager James Moody. James was very responsive and even took a video of the interior of the car and emailed to us. We emailed James and told him we we making the hour drive to the dealership and he said he would have the car up front ready for a test drive. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ronnie Marlow. James came out and explained Ronnie would be assisting us. The car was ready as James said it would be. We arrived late in the day but you would never know it was approaching closing time by the way we were treated. Ronnie took time to go over all the features of the vehicle and was very courteous. After driving the new Camry we began the negotiating process. At no time did we feel preasured or uncomfortable. I am very satisfied with the trade in allowance and price we paid for the new vehicle.
