I brought my own work truck (not purchased here) to Classic Toyota for repairs totaling $4,800. I picked it up, drove about a mile, and the passenger-side airbag light came on. I immediately returned it for them to fix the new issue. The service team showed little interest in investigating whether their work caused it. They quickly blamed my grandkids for disconnecting the sensor (who don’t regularly ride in my work truck), despite my clear explanation. When I pointed out pieces of the replaced fan still left under the hood, the advisor dismissed it by saying “but we don’t clean the engines.” They seemed more focused on shifting blame than proper troubleshooting or cleanup, leaving me feeling dismissed and condescended to after spending nearly $5,000. Still hoping they properly diagnose and resolve everything without further excuses. Poor customer service. More

They honored the out-the-door price exactly as promised, and the final amount was actually a little less than expected. I especially want to recognize Montana Acker by name. Montana was straightforward, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. In a time when many people are understandably cautious about car dealerships, this experience was a refreshing reminder that not every dealer deserves suspicion — but the good ones definitely deserve credit when they do things the right way. I’m very pleased with the purchase and would gladly do business with them again. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, transparent, and professional car-buying experience. More

Great service department. I take my Tundra here for oil changes and anytime there is something going on with my vehicle. I worked with Allie, and her team is always quick to diagnose any problems, get them fixed, and get me back on the road. I generally just wait in the lounge, which is clean and free snack and coffee, although they do always offer a complimentary shuttle. I highly recommend servicing tour vehicle here. More
