1. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna with a sale price of $16488. Had to pay $499 for upholstery preservative. The problem is the seats have dirty spots on them that not removed before the preservative was $16488. Had to pay $499 for upholstery preservative. Bait and Switch dealership.Spoke to Amber about a van on Bait and Switch dealership. Spoke to Amber about a van on Saturday. Discussed a price and she said it would be no problem. She then informed me that Bait and Switch dealership. Spoke to Amber about a van on Saturday. Discussed a price and she said it would be no problem. She then informed me that a deposit was going to be put on it on Monday. She said her manager wanted to show me another van. I said thank you, but declined. She texted me Tuesday saying the deal fell through with the van I wanted , so I called to confirm availability. I drove 1 hour up there, but was then told that it was sold. They then proceeded to tell me that they wanted me to look at another van which was not what I was looking for. Asked Amber why she told me it was available when she knew I would have to drive 2 hours round trip. She smirked and said, "Sorry." I told her that I would let people know what they did. Within 5 minutes of my leaving, I received a call from the General Manager, Mark Gray. He promised to make it right by sending me a check for my time and gas. No check in the mail. Shocker right? So now, Amber lied and the general manager lied. Buyer beware of this shady, bait and switch dealership. More
