I have taken my vehicle in for multiple issues since I purchased it. I think besides the recall for the passenger detection system and replacing the F5 module in the infotainment system 3 times, not one i purchased it. Frustrated that I was recommended to buy a $499 battery on my last two service visits, but I didn't because I wasn't having any issues with my battery. This time my battery was tested and the suggestion f on my last two service visits, but I didn't because I wasn't having any issues with my battery. This time my battery was tested and the suggestion for a new battery was removed and I was told that there were no notes on the paperwork regarding needing a new battery. That's a lot of money that I didn't have to pay for something that wasn't needed. The rest of the service was done in a descent amount of time and I was treated well. More

Check engine light came on, went off, came on again and this continued. Took our Tiaguan in five tines. Three different diagnosis, one then the next and the next. $1,100 and then $560.
