Check engine light came on, went off, came on again and this continued. Took our Tiaguan in five tines. Three different diagnosis, one then the next and the next. $1,100 and then $560. I am still not sure that the light will stay off. The staff was unfailingly polite and patient. I am less confident in their competence. We have the Tiguan and a Beetle Convertible. Solid VW people. We are not so sure now. This was the first instance of less than superior service and it was a disaster. More

The only reason I did not give a 5 was overpriced work. The representative showed me how to program the radio after prompting and he was most helpful then.
