Poor customer service. I waited in the customer waiting area and they never came to tell me my car was done, they sent me an email! Every other person that was waiting wa I waited in the customer waiting area and they never came to tell me my car was done, they sent me an email! Every other person that was waiting was personally told their car was ready. Why would you send an email I asked to speak with the used car manager. I was there for over 90 minutes. He never stopped to see me. When I asked the service department about it they sluffed it off and said oh well. I wanted him to look at my car while I was there to see what I could get for it. They also never washed my car. Have never been to a dealer for service that didn't wash it. More

I could not be happier with the service I was given. When I called to make an appointment they were able to get me in right away and getting a loaner was not an issue. Always reliable and experts in maintaining and repairing Volkswagen vehicles. I will not take my Volkswagen 2015 Jetta anywhere else for service.
