After reviewing your visit with our team, it appears we could have put more effort in completing the repairs on your vehicle in a timely manner and speed up our process of completion. We understand the perception of replacing a broken serpentine belt on your 2004 Honda CRV should not take long, but we do our best to complete the repairs that is allocated by the manufacturers guide.
