Lack of Communication. Need to build customer care. Came for oil Change. Other things needed to be completed. I learned this via text message. So I call since I was sitti Need to build customer care. Came for oil Change. Other things needed to be completed. I learned this via text message. So I call since I was sitting in the waiting room. I agreed to get the other things taken care of. They gave me a five hour and I agreed. Not once did the person offer me a ride or loaner. I called Uber. Upon arriving home I called back to informed the service department to give me at least one hour notice so I can arrange for a ride. Then I was told that you guys provide a shuttle. I came back to you guys because of location. I rather drive in the traffic and be offered a loaner or a sitting area where live staff speaks with me then to come back to you.
