I purchased an 03 Beetle on 09/05/2025 and picked it on Saturday 09/27/2025 after work that was being done to the glove box. Not even 48 hrs after being picked up was it giving me issues.I was told by the Saturday 09/27/2025 after work that was being done to the glove box. Not even 48 hrs after being picked up was it giving me issues.I was told by the salesman it was the battery & after I changed it still would not turn. The dealership picked it up that Monday 09/29/25. After it was picked up I was told it was the fuel pump that went out. I was told it was ready and went to the dealership this Saturday 10/11/2025 to pick it up. After spending 1 hour there no one could find the keys. This dealership is 45min drive to and from. I left after speaking to the service person that they would get sales to the car delivered. On 10/25/2025 at 11:45 a.m. we were given the keys; however, the temperature warning light was still illuminated on the dashboard.I spoke with the finance representative at that time, who advised that the vehicle would need to be taken back to service and mentioned that he would speak with the GM regarding this as he was not available that day. Daniel was very helpful getting my car in and addressing all of my concerns. I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was able to get in quickly. I was looking for a new dealership based on my last experience at another VW location. Really the service dept is the most important part of a dealership in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the waiting area is with various coffee options, water, juice etc for while you wait. I appreciate getting the video from the service tech on what they found that is in good shape plus items that may need to be addressed also (not all dealerships provide that helpful video). Afterwards Daniel went over all of the recommendations in detail that the technician had and helped set up a follow up appointment for the next scheduled maintenance plus a couple of additional items that the tech found. Great experience! More
