I recently bought a used Volkswagen EOS in Flowermound. The dealership I went to recommended that I try the VW dealership out there, which I did. Overall the communication even about the work I was having done in there shop was poor. Therefore, I decided to give Boardwalk a try. What a GIGANTIC difference in service, and even friendliness. Bob was extremely professional, prompty attended to me even though I was a brand new customer and my initial service was kind-of small. He thoroughly checked out my car, adviced me about things I did not know about, and really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Just recently I went in for another service. Same wonderful experience and they even washed my car...which it needed!! He promptly priced future work I wanted done and advised me about when to do certain maintance as well. I will definately be back. I love, love, love my EOS and plan to be a long-term customer! Thank you so much!!! More

I was expecting to be charged a fee for this as others in different areas get charged for extra programming, but when Nicole called, she said everything had been taken care of and at no charge to myself.
