After having a terrible experience at Clay Cooley Park Cities location, Clay Cooley Richardson was a breath of fresh air. After a long search, I ended up purchasing a vehicle here and I am loving it. Jorg Cities location, Clay Cooley Richardson was a breath of fresh air. After a long search, I ended up purchasing a vehicle here and I am loving it. Jorge and the rest of the staff was very pleasant and friendly. By the time I left with my vehicle, the shop was closed and I left the lot without having the car's tires checked, and it only had 50mi of gas in the tank. Jorge called me personally to invite me back so they could check my tires and offered two tanks of gas to make up for this. I really appreciate the excellent service we recieved here, and am REALLY loving my vehicle! This dealership takes good care of their customers AND their cars. More

We get there, like the car, sit down to do the paperwork and they have more than 3,000.00 added to the cost. Said couldn't remove it. One was an insurance warranty and the other was some kind of GPS system and they have more than 3,000.00 added to the cost. Said couldn't remove it. One was an insurance warranty and the other was some kind of GPS system that tracks where we are at any time. We decided to leave and they removed the insurance warranty (we thought) and gave more for my trade-in to compensate for the GPS system they said was non-removable. On the way home, I get a text that my car was 'located' by the GPS system and I looked at where it was located and it was THE DEALERSHIP! Get home with my car and receive a letter from a tire and wheel warranty company thanking us for buying it. I called and was told it was 750.00 dollars added to my loan! I did NOT want that. Told them at the dealership we did NOT want all the stuff they were trying to add. So, thankfully, I was allowed to cancel the extra warranty and the money was sent to the bank that was financing the loan. Very devious and unprofessional service! More
