Sold me a car with existing issues. Blamed it on me for putting the required gas in.told me they fixed it . Now no new car and anxiety purchasing another from this experience. Oh and the GM ED HICKS sarcastically states “sorry you almost died” and hangs up in my face . More

The dealership made receiving my title entirely too complicated. We paid in cash and it has been jumping through hoops to get it.
