DJ is the man. He took good care of a tire situation first thing in the morning that I didn't have time for. His communication about the problem and fix was thorough and the service department had my car delivered to me before I got off work. A perfect assist if things were going to go wrong that day. Thanks, DJ. My only quibble is with the 3% credit card use fee. It's not like things aren't expensive enough, the dealership tacked on 3% for using a credit card. I bought the card through Clay Cooley VW, all of my service has been with them, and then out of nowhere, an extra 3%. Still rubs me the wrong way. More
