Tie was very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting an issue on my rotor so I was upset of having to to spend an additional $300+. I asked if we could postpone the work on that and she said we could, an issue on my rotor so I was upset of having to to spend an additional $300+. I asked if we could postpone the work on that and she said we could, but not more than a couple of weeks, because further damage would require a more expensive repair that would double the cost at this point.
