Dealer side is excellent. Service quality is excellent. But recent service charges to replace liftgate struts were way out of line, about $1600 for work that should cost about Service quality is excellent. But recent service charges to replace liftgate struts were way out of line, about $1600 for work that should cost about $250 at most. OEM struts cost ~$125 and work, if DIY, takes 15 minutes. After buying 3 cars there, I will look elsewhere for future purchases. More

Found a screw in the sidewall of my tire. Called to see if I needed an appointment. I was told to bring it right in. I decided to change it up this time and buy a Forester, just 2 days ago. The sales dept. is outstanding, we have worked with Joe Rizzo for 2 of our purchases, in the future it will be him again. Michelle Vasconcelos was our Finance person and was an incredible asset to your company. I have had reason to be in contact with her previously and could not ask for a more helpful, intelligent and kind person to deal with. I had a rollover accident in December which totaled my 2025 Outback. I only had a couple of broken ribs from that accident. I honestly believe the car saved my life, so thank you for that. Thank you for having such a great place for us to purchase our many vehicles. More
