I confirmed the appointment Monday morning via email. Upon arrival, she tells me they sold the vehicle that morning for more money than what we discussed but they have more expensive vehicles for sale. Classic bait and switch. Yes, they still had the agreed vehicle in the back lot. She never asked for deposit. We came in with bank check in hand and insurance work prepared. Who deals this way? Agrees (via email) on price then sells to a higher bidder ? Jackie says "this is the nature of the beast." What kind of dealer or beast is this? More
