Service I most always have had my service done at Subaru of Norwood. This trip, I was in for an oil change and a sticker. They did the oil change and found two things that would prevent a sticker. A bulb was out and the tires needed replacement. The gentleman that checked me in brought me back to show me the tires and gave me the price to replace them. I knew my husband is a shopper, and would want to shop for a better price, so we agreed to complete the oil change, change the bulb and hold off on the sticker. If my husband didn't find a better price I would call for an appointment next week to replace the tires and get a sticker. All this took about 1 1/4 hours. They were all very professional and nice. More

Average, not great. Sales rep was pleasant and helpful, but service was slow. Scheduled a 12:30PM appointment for a car wash (using special coupon deal) in advance.
