I recently visited the Clearwater Toyota Service department for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience left much to be desired. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes for serv department for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience left much to be desired. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes for service. While waiting for my vehicle after 2 hours, I was given no updates via text or did anyone call or come to me while waiting to inform me of any delays. Furthermore, no text updates were provided during my service as outlined. The lack of communication was frustrating. To make matters worse, after acknowledging their delays, they offered a small discount on the service, but this doesn't address or fix the core issue: their poor communication and unprofessionalism. The discount was not for an adequate fix for the inconvenience caused, and their approach to customer services clearly needs improvement. I expect more from a dealership, especially when it come to keeping customer informed and providing a professional experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I won't be returning. More

My son and I went to Clearwater Toyota to lease a Tundra because I seen a Lease deal on their website and when we went inside I asked Ty Scranton to speak to the sales manager and he said he can take care o because I seen a Lease deal on their website and when we went inside I asked Ty Scranton to speak to the sales manager and he said he can take care of me so I mentioned the Lease deal and said there's a Tundra 4x4 in white that met all the criteria for that particular lease.so we looked over the truck and my son said the truck was going to work for him and we went inside and sat down and our salesman said let me work the lease,and asked me if I own a Toyota now and I said yes a 2005 tacoma also my son graduated in May of this year and would qualify for a 500.00 discount, immediately the salesman said the 2005 tacoma was probably to old to receive a discount .the Lease deal says 245.00 a month with 5995.00 down without the extras, dealer fee,tax,tag,title so I knew our out of pocket would be more than 5995.00 and the salesman comes back at 451.00 a month.and I said that's not going to work, he says what do you want your payment to be. I said I want the lease deal on your website and he says nobody is driving a tacoma for 300.00 a month so I call my brother who was in the car business for a very long time and who leased many trucks from Clearwater Toyota and put him on speaker phone and going over the numbers and he was asking the salesman questions and the salesman said I'm not doing this and starts walking away.
