This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had my car back 4 times to have a few minor items fixed, they have failed. Then when you call they do not answer the phone, parts puts y with. I have had my car back 4 times to have a few minor items fixed, they have failed. Last week (Tuesday), I spent 6 hours trying to buy a car for cash. The salesman, Andrew, was fantastic, my mom had chosen and test driven the car within an hour. Again, paying an internet advertised out t for cash. The salesman, Andrew, was fantastic, my mom had chosen and test driven the car within an hour. Again, paying an internet advertised out the door full cash deal price, and we were still subjected to 5 hours of price negotiations and high pressure warranty pitches with various managers. A $5k down payment was made, but the car had a few blemishes, it was supposed to be ready by last Friday, it was not. This morning, Tuesday (7 days later), we received a call that the car was ready, we arrived at the dealership, paid the remaining money..., and then we were told the was NOT ready. Two hours later, after they gave us the keys, they had lost the tag for the car that my mom had given the finance manager. I thought this might be an anomaly..., but another customer was also having a heated discussion about a dealership issue. The vehicles are great, the dealership is unprofessional and dishonest...go someplace else. More
