Two service visits for 3 safety issues. Erratic steering - Tech could not duplicate. Glare on nav screen - Tech demonstrated how to clean screen. Stall out on hard acceleration, especially at high speed - - Tech could not duplicate. Glare on nav screen - Tech demonstrated how to clean screen. Stall out on hard acceleration, especially at high speed - Tech reminded us that we have auto start feature that shuts down engine at complete stops. Two visits no resolution for any of the three safety problems. Be aware that communication is pretty non-existent here - no call backs, no answer, busy signal. One manager claims to have called back 3 times but my phone has no record of that. Almost all cell phones document all calls in and out. Finally, Clearwater Toyota does not record all information associated with service concerns or outcomes. Keep good records for yourself. More
