we were satisfied with the repairs done (new battery). The issue was that it took 45 minutes to have a service manager to come and ask what the issues were. We had an appointment for 12/30 for a noise o The issue was that it took 45 minutes to have a service manager to come and ask what the issues were. We had an appointment for 12/30 for a noise on the brakes. On 12/29 the battery died and the car was stalling, the icons were all lighted up and noise on the brakes was getting worse. We called to see if we could bring the car that day because AAA told us the battery was bad and will not start agai. We understand we did not have an appt for that day but we had cooption than to take the truck. Waiting for 45 minutes was excessive!!! More
