Toyota of Clearwater service department was excellent. I had to wait a little initially, even though I had an appointment, due to extra COVID precautions. Once I was checked in the process was quick. This was legitimately the worst service experience I've ever had. Don't buy a vehicle from here unless you know enough to fix your car on your own. They don't treat you like a valued patron, but rather as ever had. Don't buy a vehicle from here unless you know enough to fix your car on your own. They don't treat you like a valued patron, but rather as an annoyance on their service floor. Making an appointment is pointless as they will just push you onto another dealership. Its very apparent that they value people with warranties less than cash paying. So frustrating. I will never return to this dealership and will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. They waste your time, they don't communicate, they leave you standing on their service floor feeling like you are bothering them. Look elsewhere for a new vehicle, this place isn't worth the time. And if you do purchase from them, don't plan your day around an appointment. Apparently that doesn't mean a thing to the service department. You'll just end up standing around for 45 minutes past your appointment, only to be told to go to another dealership all together. This was an absolutly terrible experience and the service department is 100% to blame for it. Shameful. Don't invest in a vehicle with them - you'll only be let down and frustrated. My truck was never taken care of. They literally told me to go somewhere else. More
