Finally Got My Recall Taken Care Of I have been receiving mail and emails about my recall for a long time. I wanted to take care of it many months ago but the service department was not I have been receiving mail and emails about my recall for a long time. I wanted to take care of it many months ago but the service department was not doing recall work on Saturday's until now. The odd thing was someone from the dealership called me on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment for the recall. I thought odd they they would call when my car was already in the service department. The only interesting part of the phone call was that I was told I had a free oil change and tire rotation until May 2022. When my adviser called after recall was done in addition to some filter recommendations he asked if I wanted an oil change but never mentioned it would be free. I opted to pass on the oil change for now because I had it done somewhere else. I also opted to not have the dealership replace the filter that my regular mechanic could do for less money also using quality product. More

Did not need oil change. I took my Camry to the dealership for what I thought was an oil change. Rather than ringing me up for the $75 oil change the dealership informed me th I took my Camry to the dealership for what I thought was an oil change. Rather than ringing me up for the $75 oil change the dealership informed me that I did not need an oil change but advised me to rotate my tires and did so for a minimal cost. Thank you! More

The wait time is very unreasonable at this dealership. I had the last appointment of the day scheduled 1-2 days prior for a tire rotation (45,000 mile included service) and waited approximately 1.5 hours fo had the last appointment of the day scheduled 1-2 days prior for a tire rotation (45,000 mile included service) and waited approximately 1.5 hours for my tires to be rotated. My past experiences with this dealership have been very similar with the long wait time, breaking my attached bike rack (they explained they wouldn’t wash my car because of the rack which was agreed upon and they did it anyway which caused plastic pieces to break off, then they backed my car against a wall so I didn’t realize it happened until I got home), not putting my valve stem covers back on after tire rotations and the most frustrating was actually them suggesting my cabin air filter needed to be changed when I had two days prior cleaned my own reusable K&N filter (indicating they didn’t even check to see if my filter needed to be changed but rather assumed it needed replacing just to make more money). It’s unfortunate to not have a reliable car shop to go to for regular and unexpected service needs but after everything I’ve been through I just can’t trust this dealership. I kept returning because my car had ToyoGuard(?) plan and the drive was further to other dealerships. At least they gave me back my broken bike rack pieces after finding them in their service room and ordered a new piece for my rack (which took weeks to get because someone was out of town and no one called me to pick it up). Hopefully I can find a reliable, honest and efficient auto service shop for future use. More
