Apparently don't need the business I've had my 07 Rav4 serviced every quarter since it was new to be sure it's in top condition. My service adviser is John Sullivan. While I was in the hospital, my wife called and left a message with John's answering machine to make a quarterly appointment. She never got a call back. At the last service I was told I needed rear brakes. I called on Tuesday and left a message with Mr. Sullivan to schedule an appointment for an oil change, the brakes and I need the headliner replaced. This is Saturday and I am still waiting for a return call. They apparently don't need the business. More

Took care of all my needs and was as professional as one can be. My lease is up on my Toyota by June, I know where I'm going for my next car.
