Customer service needs improvement Great salesman. Problem with improper registration by dealership now in legal trouble. Will not return phone call. Was told they are too busy and Great salesman. My son was rear ended and cops came and told him he could be arrested for improper registration. So they did not issue a citation to the person who hit him. My son was parked and has damage to his brand new vehicle. He is 8 hours from home All would be good if they could return phone call and give guidance on how and when issue will be resolved. Just asking for a return phone call. Is this good customer service? Beware! More

sales man Rocco's lied Salesman Rocco's used a lot of underhanded techniques to get me to purchase things like Parma seal .He pointed out that he was knocking off .25 % inte Salesman Rocco's used a lot of underhanded techniques to get me to purchase things like Parma seal .He pointed out that he was knocking off .25 % interest rate if I would buy it but in reality that was just the daily rate. He did not go over the line by line purchase contract t o me and my wife but simply pointed out the monthly rate which he compared to a high ball figure he ptoduced earlier.He printed out the price of the perma shield so small hard to see. When I asked to see what the extra warranties covered I was put off and still have nothing in writing I feel like I was conned and will never do business with Clearwater Toyota again.
