The employees were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and went out of their way from every aspect to ensure that I had the best possible experience. The general manager “Jay” did everything he could to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Although it seems like a simple problem to solve, it was not th A nail made one of my Highlander's 2018 tire worthless, with no condition of repair. Although it seems like a simple problem to solve, it was not that simple. This Bridgestone tire, is from a new series, and does not have yet as much availability in the market, as I have been told. I researched three well-known tire stores and they did not have them. All would get, but only by the end of the afternoon of the same day (best scenario) or - worst scenario - within two weeks. I visited a Toyota Dealer (lunch time) in Clearwater and 1) they had the tire in stock, 2) they could schedule the service same day, right after lunchtime 3) the whole service exceeded my expectations: dismantling the old tire, balancing of the new one, revision of the other 3 remainders and placement of the spair tire back to the original place. 4) all that took less than 1 hour 5)and, last, but not least: the price was absolutely compatible with the best estimates I did receive.
