He is knowledgeable, states what service is recommended, gives an estimate of the cost and how long it will take to do the work. He is friendly, honest and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable with good coffee, popcorn and movies. Last time Presley made freshly baked cookies for us. He takes good care of everyone in the customer waiting lounge. More

The Service Department is exceptional, I've been going to Clearwater Toyota for over 10 years for service and when it's time to get another vehicle. The Service Department is exceptional, especially my service advisor Garrett. If I need repairs on my vehicle, I'm confident that it needs repairing and that they're not just trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. I also like that Garrett will tell me what services may be required on my next service appointment so there won't be any surprises.
