I really needed the top-notch technicians this Normal, routine maintenance completed on my 2011 Ford Escape and never have a problem with the vehicle. I really needed the top-notch technicians this time because there were major issues on the front end that we didn't even know was an issue. They explained the problem with easy to understand the explanation, and we were told because this occurred on a Friday, there may be a delay in getting the part before Monday. However, not only was the car completed on Monday, but they provided us with a rental in its' absence. The work seems to be what was needed and we came home very satisfied. Our compliments, again, to the Marshall Ford Mechanics and staff. More
