I experienced two surprises. The first one was, the person I was in contact with was not a salesman with Clement Ford. He did not tell me if the vehicle was available, even after The first one was, the person I was in contact with was not a salesman with Clement Ford. He did not tell me if the vehicle was available, even after sending me emails for a few days,giving me a sales pitch. The second surprise was when I called the dealership to see about a test drive I was told by one of the actual salesman that the vehicle was already sold and they were waiting on the new owner to come pick up the vehicle. I asked why it was still advertised on their website and cars.com with no mention of being sold. The answer was that they had not got aroundto removing it from the web. I guess that's a good way to keep drawing attention. ? More

Thee smoothest car buying process ever! John and Kim are absolutely amazing and efficient! I dreaded getting a car because of having to deal with slick car salesmen and the long process but John and Kim are absolutely amazing and efficient! My dealings with Clement Ford were very unprofessional. What a horrible experience, I would never do business with this dealership. I inquired about a Dodge Demon online and received a text message shortly What a horrible experience, I would never do business with this dealership. I inquired about a Dodge Demon online and received a text message shortly after. We went back and forth on the car and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. They asked how I want to pay and I said by check. They said no problem, we would just need the funds to clear before shipping the car and asked if I was okay with that? My response was yes of course I'm fine with that. Their response was perfect, what are you thinking your next step is from here? I said lets do the deal. I received a text the following morning asking for a copy of my drivers license and I sent it. After a few hours of not hearing back from anyone I decided to call. The person who answered the phone said the car was already sold and basically hung up the phone on me. Ten minutes later the salesman sent me a text saying we accepted your offer but asked if I can pay shipping. Obviously one hand doesn't know what the other is doing over there. I told him that I called and was told the car was sold. He was surprised said he would look into it. He texted me back a few minutes later saying the car was sent to auction today and he was unaware of that. Talk about a dysfunctional organization. More
