Horrible service experience I bought my Ford Edge used at a different dealership, and needed two repairs. Marshall Ford was able to get me in quickly, so I made the service appointment. I had bought an extended warranty, which I checked with to ensure they would cover at least some of the repairs and a rental car, which they did. I dropped my car off, got a rental, and went to work. Jim Hollenbeck, Service Writer, called me and told me one of the repairs was actually covered by the Ford Powertrain warranty, but Ford didn't cover rental cars for Powertrain repairs. I called another Ford dealer, and found out that Ford actually gives each dealer a monthly allowance for rentals for Ford warranty repairs. When I asked Jim about that, he was rude and finally came out and said it was his boss' discretion to only give out rental cars to people who buy cars at their dealership. So because Ford was covering my repairs instead of my extended warranty, I was responsible for the cost of the rental. Needless to say I was upset because I was lied to, and had to incur expenses that I shouldn't have. Not to mention that they needed my assistance to help diagnosis the second repair that was needed, which of course I will not be having repaired there. I will NEVER go back to that dealer for anything, nor will my family or friends, due to the awful experience I had. More

I am the head of the household, i never wanted to be but i am. It was time to get a new car, and I have always loved Ford. cars. When I was single i bought a brand new Festiva and loved it. Now it was time for a new one and it brought me to Marshall Ford. I talked to Mary and she had Darnell Help us with the car. He was a very nice man and no pressure which I liked. He went out of his way to help us anyway he could. And I thank him very much. All the people, and I mean everyone were awesome! I am spreading the word to my friends and have put it on my Facebook page and they loved it. They all are very happy for us, they all know what this family has been through. I just can't say enough Marshall Ford has been so good to me over the years. I see no reason to go anywhere else. If I have ever had an issue or repair I never had to worry a Marshall Ford has been so good to me over the years. I see no reason to go anywhere else. If I have ever had an issue or repair I never had to worry about if they were going to take care of me. They have always come through. You have to go see them. I can't remember how many cars I have bought from them but in the last 6 years I know it's been three. They take the time to wor out the best deal for you. Could not have been an easier purchase Back in February of this year, I decided it was time to upgrade the Focus I owned (I owned a 2012 Focus SE at the time). I had looked around several dealerships and some of them just put the pressure on to make the sale then and there. When I walked into Marshall Ford - I was greeted by one of the representatives; I let them know I had a friend that bought a vehicle from them a few years back and Mike Kane was the salesman. I was directed to his office, where I spent some time with him in regards to my needs - not one time during the course of the conversation did he insist that I purchase a vehicle that day. He paid attention to what I was looking for in vehicle specifics and had a few suggestions. We road-tested one of the 2015 Focus SE he had in the lot...again, no pressure to buy anything while on the road. I then found one that was perfect and I then decided to take care of business. Nice and easy...they don't even charge a paperwork fee to handle the purchasing process. Mike made this easy. There's no other way to put it. Even the financial paperwork was a snap and explained to me without any issues (my career is a closer so I am familiar with all of the paperwork involved). I have since already brought it in for service...I was in and out quickly and without any issues. Thanks for making this purchase one of the best. This could not have been any better. More

Owner Inappropriate I brought in my car in for service, had a recall that needed to be taken care of. We've never been to this dealership before but it's close to home. I'm willing to drive 2 hours to buy my car but not for simple service. When my husband pulled the car into the service bay the owner actually came in to confront him about "cutting him off " in traffic. I found it extremely inappropriate. We definitely won't be back here, which is unfortunate because the service team here is wonderful. More
Although I knew the salesman I was looking for, when I pulled up I had 5 salesman approach me and one opened the door for myself, grandmother and children. That salesperson also pointed me in the direction of Matt Trudell, the salesperson I had been communicating with via email for my perfect FORD. Matt, took the time to find my perfect FORD so I would not have to wait for an ordered version. The dealership picked up the car with no extra charge. Proceeded to detail the vehicle and fuel it up (FULL TANK). Matt, also provided a complete individual training session on the FORD's Sync system which eliminated alot of reading of the manual. He has answered all my questions after the purchase via email in a timely fashion. More
Bought 2 cars from dealer. Each time the sales people where arrogant and bossy. They made me feel like I was stupid and bothering them. Found some of the same in the service area. I think they need to give thier sales staff some customer service training. I don't expect to be treated like a king but certianly not like a pauper. Oh well, many other dealerships out there! More
