Thee smoothest car buying process ever! John and Kim are absolutely amazing and efficient! My dealings with Clement Ford were very unprofessional. What a horrible experience, I would never do business with this dealership. I inquired about a Dodge Demon online and received a text message shortly What a horrible experience, I would never do business with this dealership. I inquired about a Dodge Demon online and received a text message shortly after. We went back and forth on the car and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. They asked how I want to pay and I said by check. They said no problem, we would just need the funds to clear before shipping the car and asked if I was okay with that? My response was yes of course I'm fine with that. Their response was perfect, what are you thinking your next step is from here? I said lets do the deal. I received a text the following morning asking for a copy of my drivers license and I sent it. After a few hours of not hearing back from anyone I decided to call. The person who answered the phone said the car was already sold and basically hung up the phone on me. Ten minutes later the salesman sent me a text saying we accepted your offer but asked if I can pay shipping. Obviously one hand doesn't know what the other is doing over there. I told him that I called and was told the car was sold. He was surprised said he would look into it. He texted me back a few minutes later saying the car was sent to auction today and he was unaware of that. Talk about a dysfunctional organization. More
