I have had so many issues at this dealership. I don’t have enough room to type everything bad that has occurred at this dealership. I came pre approved looking for a certain truck that you guys had so I have enough room to type everything bad that has occurred at this dealership. The very first problem was at the beginning when we were looking at trucks and nobody ever came out to even greet us or see if we needed help on multiple different occasions we were there looking. Blake was good and finally approached my husband. That should have been my very first clue. Bad experience in multiple departments. Finally got Mike in finance who was excellent and Blake was learning so he was trying and did good. Other than that I could go on and on with all of the problems and issues that had occurred with all of the different departments. It was like a circus. Just when we felt that we were going to get help then it would be another issue. Enough said. I get worked up and upset I even think about it or talk about it. I NEVER do reviews. More
Ended up returning a vehicle I bought because it needed major engine work that I was told had been done.
