After a couple of visits to the dealership, the vehicle that my wife was interested in had just came in on trade. The process was very comfortable and left us with a positive feeling. The Flex, having not been out long, seems to be holding its value well. I came in to look at the Dodge Vans that were advertised on the radio. I wanted more features. Charles Monsqlvage took my information. I advised I wanted all the bells and whistles - sunroof - power eveything... But I did not want to spend alot of money. I told him that I did realize my dream van would cost about $40,000 but I had to stay in the $15,000 to $20,000 range. He called me back with a car that met all my needs, stayed in budget and Mike was able to get me a 5 year warranty so... I don't have to worry about reliable transportation any more. Thank You ! Doug greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. His low pressure sales techniques worked well with us, and we really liked his personality and professionalism. The reason that we had even come to Larry Hill Ford was because we had brought the Lincoln in for servicing in the past, and their professionalism far surpassed expectations, in comparison with similar dealership service departments in the area that we had some trouble with. They were kind, courteous, professional, and expeditious; and the most important thing . . . they knew their job and did it well. This was the main reason we came back here. ...as we figured that if the service department was that good, then the sales team and the rest of the company was probably in the same thoughts. We have been spreading the word about the service department ever since our first encounter with them, and are now spreading the word to others about the sales. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. My salesman, Dean, whom I had worked with for nearly three years to find a vehicle, was off the day I called to check on the vehicle I saw on their i My salesman, Dean, whom I had worked with for nearly three years to find a vehicle, was off the day I called to check on the vehicle I saw on their internet add at an incredible price. He stopped by the dealership, checked on the price (which had been listed incorrectly) and told me Larry Hill would honor that price even though it was not correct. The vehicle (a 2007 Tundra) was supposed to be listed at $22,900, was inadvertently listed at $18,900, and Dean told me that they would honor the price for me if I came in immediately to do the paperwork. I left my jobsite 45 minutes away and drove in to sign the papers. The vehicle had been picked up by the dealer only 3 days prior to that and had not been detailed or cleaned. We completed the paperwork after a short test drive and took possession of the Tundra. Dean made sure the truck was detailed the next available workday for me and one minor issue was corrected that they had noticed when they received the truck into inventory. Awesome deal, awesome truck and wonderful staff of people to work with at Larry Hill Ford. Great people and certainly a great deal. The business manager took me through the paperwork process quickly and made the whole process an excellent buying experience. More
