They xxxxed up my vehicle and trying to make me pay for it all I took my car to get my battery change lol 6 months ago. They ended up using an impact on my battery and tightened it to tight. Eventually it put a crack in the battery after driving like that for a while. When I looked where the battery is located there was acid from the battery all around the batter. Like 2 inches of acid. They said it was water but I didn't know that's what a battery was made out of. They replaced my beater like a 4 days ago than I took it to work on my way to work I can tell something else was wrong it wouldn't hold a charge it felt like it was going to die again and on my first break at work I turned the car on for 10 min and it died again. Than that's when me and my dad found out the alternator is bad too. And when they did replace that they found out my computer system is fried too. Why am I the one who has to pay for it when they replaced the battery tightened the battery that tight and they didn't catch none of the other issues when I first took it in. They are half as job. Not doing there jobs right. At the end I will make sure to not do business at Toyota again after this. Actually I should contact the bbb and see what they got to say about it cuz you guys are trying to scam me for your xxxx ups. More
